Payroll

Earnings

Basic      :               Decided by the state govt.

HRA       :               House rent allowance (40-50% of basic)

CA          :               Conveyance allowance (800)

Da           :               Dearness allowance (as computed value)

OT          :               Overtime (it is only given on production vase)

Deduction

ESI           : -            Employee state insurance (if the salary below then 15000 then 1.75% amount will be deducted from basic salary)

EPF         : -            Employee Provident Fund (12% of basic deducted by the employer and same amount contributed and deposited in to the nearest fund office.)
